Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Learn in Bootcamp Trainings and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Prices

Prices for courses offered are shown exclusive of GST/Tax. The representative must pay her GST/Tax regardless of country of origin. Course locations require GST/Tax. The prices we offer do not include travel, accommodation and living expenses. Delegates may choose to pay these costs while in attendance. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express, unless delegates have pre-booked these costs with the training administrator. When arranging an order, the payer must provide the order number, the full amount of the invoice, the scheduled course date of the booked course, and contact details for billing purposes. If the payer adds 2 courses to her cart at the same time, they will be required to pay for all courses in full including VAT after confirmation before the start of the first course. In this case, the invoice will be paid in full. Testing and certification can be carried out until outstanding payments are clarified. Cancellations include an administrative fee, which will be deducted from your bill. Purchase Order/ identification number:

In the case of Purchase Order, no need for any other Validation such as bookings forms need not be signed. Purchase order redeems as a legal offer to encourage buying products and services. The Purchase Order is still bound by the Cancellation and Re-Booking policies set out in this document.

Cancellation of website orders:

The Orders that are placed via our Company’s Website are non-cancellable and non-refundable as well.

Cancellations non-website orders:

The Payer needs to send a written letter for Cancellation between 20 working days before the course takes place. The fees would be Fully Refunded if the payer makes cancellation in between 0-20 working days before the course starts. If the payer makes the Cancellation after 20 working days before the course starts for courses such as Lean/Six Sigma & PMP®, The payer will be obliged to pay USD 490 + GST. The courses priced less than USD 200 would incur a 100% cancelling cost.

Re-scheduling courses or exams:

The payer can make desired changes for scheduled dates for the respective courses within 20 working days before the course starts.
If the payer wants to reschedule within the 20 working days before the course takes place. the payer will be obliged to pay for rescheduling fees USD 250 plus GST (for a single change). The payer required to pay rescheduling fees immediately after confirmation of rescheduled dates. For Particular courses such as Agile & PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, The payer would be charged USD 490+ VAT to make changes in scheduled dates.

Refund:

If the payer cancels the course and requests a refund from PrimeSkillAcademy Trainings. Refunds will be initiated and processed within 20 business days. Refunds can only be made using the same payment option used to pay for the relevant course. Additional charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether payment was made by credit card. payer is obliged to pay immediately
After confirmation of a booked course, PrimeSkillAcademy reserves the right to change prices at any time at the discretion of the payer. Payers are bound by PrimeSkillAcademy’s Terms of Use. Changes to Courses::

PrimeSkillAcademy holds all the rights to make any necessary changes to any part of the published courses; PrimeSkillAcademy will also inform the customer about those changes held in published courses and LIB also holds the right to cancel and reschedule after the advice from the respective customer. Although PrimeSkillAcademyavoids such changes. Courses that are rescheduled due to unforeseen conditions such as unfilled course seats/ trainer medical illness etc. in those certain circumstances PrimeSkillAcademy will provide various options such as free training programme, virtual training programme and e-learning course materials to help the customer have better learning experience to complete their training programme. We all are humans and the typing error could occur in the details of our courses by mistake. the error could be involved in departments such as prices, sales administrative of literature, documents of administration, Invoices, course materials, or any other documents and LIB shall be correcting them responsibly. the date and location would be suggested to the customer after booking confirmation and customer can choose and set the suitable date and location for them. LIB will not be liable for expenses that were considered while making changes to the programme or venue. we will make sure your accommodation is at the same place where the training will be taking place while attending a residential training programme. we will book your hotel within walking distance in case the accommodation was not possible for the same venue.

Course material:
If for any reason (including, but not limited to, delivery delays outside of LIB’s control) the Courseware is not available for the course, best efforts will be made to replace it as soon as possible and to remove the temporary materials so that they may be accessed as needed. We promise to do our best. Continuation of the tutorial. No refunds will be made for delays caused by transportation outside of LIB’s control.

Not attending:

If a client does not attend a class without notice, the class will be confirmed as canceled and paid in full.

Course requirements:

It is your responsibility to understand that you can follow the guidelines and specific course outlines provided. Our staff can suggest popular courses to suit your requirements and provide better learning solutions. However, it is entirely up to you to follow the details of the courses offered on our website and proceed wisely. We recommend courses based on statistics and research in your current area of ​​interest. Unilateral training:

Customers are responsible for providing the necessary requirements, facilities and equipment such as flipcharts/whiteboards, projectors and projection screens, refreshment facilities. LIB reserves the right to cancel the course if the trainer complains that the standard requirements at the training location are not met.

Trainer cost:

Instructor fees for private, onsite, and gated courses will be charged as agreed upon at the time of course booking, as specified in the Training Booking Agreement.

Delivery of course materials:

Delays in transit time or if course materials do not reach their destination
Scheduled time. Guaranteed to arrive at scheduled time or offer alternative options
You are not entitled to any online form of course materials that you have access to complete the tutorials.
Refunds due to transportation delays are not under LIB’s control.
